Description
The closest building is the Masonic Lodge/School House with the lodge on the top floor and the school on the bottom. The building was built in 1874 in the Greek Revival architectural style for $1,500.00. Today the lodge has members from all over the world that help with the preservation of it and other buildings in Bannack.
Other buildings include the 2-story Gibson Houses, Chrisman's Store, and the Ovitt Store which served different purposes over the years.

I surely love the perspective and color tone here, Sue! This evokes a feeling of a "golden" western period in history! L/F

Thank you very much, Kellice, for your kind comments and continued support! I love this town! Last summer they had major flooding and were closed most of the summer.
