I love how it now blends in with the landscape. Very evocative shot Sue! Wouldn't it be fun to be able to go back and see what the town was like when it was alive? Who were these people and where did they go? Anyway, I love this! : ) L/F!

Thank you very much for your kind words and support, Meg! This was in one of several mining towns along a paved road in Carbon County, Utah. Almost all the buildings were built with the same stone and blend into the scenery making it easy to miss them when you are driving past. Most of what is left are the foundations, but there are a few larger structures mixed in.
