Wow - what an intriguing scene - I so would love to know about the real people who drove this car and lived in this house... vf

Thank you, Christy! Your comments, vote, and fave are appreciated! I believe this house was owned by the oldest son of a family of four boys. One of his brothers lived in the house on the left that is mostly on the ground. The barrels on top of the houses were used to heat water for bathing. The car was owned by someone else. He was waiting for a train when he heard a horn. Assuming it was someone behind him wanting him to move, he stepped on the gas and hit the train! The "horn" was the train whistle and the driver of the car lived to tell the story. The chimney was part of a club that burned down.
